I've been using this 3 or 4 years now and it's been a wonderful tool to keep track of our stock of groceries. I use the app several times a week. A few weeks ago all of my item quantities zeroed out. I tried stopping and restarting the app, restarting my phone, and finally reinstalling the app, which lost all my data. Anything I scan into my pantry sets at 0 quantity and I'm not able to change it. I tried emailing gartorware, but I'm posting here too in case it's a better method to reach them.

Absolutely essential app to keep your pantry up-to-date. The learning curve is high but I'm a software engineer so figured it out after a week or so. One issue I've been seeing since I started using is that it "forgets" who you are every month or so. About had a heart-attack the first time it happened. Luckily sync works and everything re-loads (eventually). Does the app disconnect you monthly? Or does an update do that? Very annoying.
