Garlock Partner App is an application for users of Maintenance, Production, Project Engineering, Reliability, Quality and Environmental areas in industrial plants; This application allows our Users, Distributors and Sellers to have a tool in the palm of their hand to quickly obtain technical information for the selection of Garlock sealing products for their equipment and processes.

My Garlock Partner app allows the user to search for technical information on each of our products in real time up to a tool for registering a digital log of the selected Garlock sealing product for a specific equipment or process, allowing the registration and measurement of the date of installation and the date of change to generate a series of data that allow the construction of a preventive maintenance model by equipment or process.
My Garlock Partner app provides the user with a highly effective channel in personalized attention and service with the wide range of Garlock product lines; offering the possibility of having an agile communication channel.

- My Products: You can control your Garlock products installed by equipment or process through a simple registration of installation date and replacement date. This record will give you access to useful information such as the shelf life of your products and a history of changes. In addition, we will remind you when it is necessary to follow up on your installed products. You can configure these reminders with periods of 3 to 12 months to verify the status of the specific equipment or process.

- Support: Request telephone assistance, training or a technician visit to support you with any Garlock product. You will also be able to obtain the .pdf formats for requesting a quote, facilitating this process.

- Technical information: In addition, you will have access to a wide catalog of our product lines, where you can consult information of interest in PDF and video file formats.
