This app is not functioning correctly. So many bugs and it kept closing itself whenever I'm browsing.

Been waiting for my order to arrive, It's been almost 2 weeks of waiting and my order still hasn't arrived. Yes I know that the weather is "Bad" but my Order keeps getting sent back and I need to wait for another 2 days just to get another update from LBC. I ordered my Parcel on August 15, 2026. And it's already August 27, 2026 they said it would be delivered within a day but it got sent back and I have to wait for 2 days AGAIN just so It Could be sent back again.

laggy and force closes every minute, this is practically unusable

The main thing I'm concerned about is the checkout page. It doesn't have a confirmation when placing the order with BDO/BPI transfer as a payment method. And also, there's no cancel order button and it should have that in case there's something that needs to be changed such as payment method and address.

Super slow app. UI/Dashboard is not user friendly

It won't let me choose a region for my shipping address hanggang sa na out of stock na yung dapat oorderin ko. Ayusin nyo naman tong App nyo. Tapos, hindi pa nag sysync yung account sa app and website. Tsk

the app is so slow

Its really easy to use and convenient would really reccomend i wish others do this
