ELC Remote

ELC Remote is an application that allows you to view and control a computer or smartphone located remotely from your own screen. It was developed and is operated by Game Co., Ltd.

■ When to use it:
* You want to check what's happening on a terminal located on-site without going there.
* You want to adjust the settings of a terminal in a store or factory.
* You want to continue working on your company computer while away from the office.

■ How to connect:
When you open the app, a 9-digit terminal ID will be displayed. The user controlling the terminal enters this ID and passcode to connect. Account registration is not required.

■ Screen sharing and remote control:
* Sharing is initiated by the terminal owner. Android notifications will remain displayed while sharing is in progress.
* Accessibility permission is required to receive remote control. Without permission, only the screen will be displayed.
* Sharing can be stopped at any time.

■ Communication:
Video and control are encrypted between terminals (WebRTC / DTLS-SRTP). If a direct connection is not possible, it will pass through our relay server, but since the keys are held by the terminals, the relay server cannot read the contents.

■ Compatible Devices
Windows / macOS / Android / iOS, and browser viewers.

■ How to Use Accessibility Services
This app uses accessibility services to transmit taps, swipes, and text input from the connected user as operations on this device. It does not read, collect, or send text displayed on the screen.
