Gagapagos Mobil

The Gagapagos Customer App is the official app that allows playground visitors to view their balance, usage history, and entry/exit activity using their customer codes.

This app is developed exclusively for registered customers. Customers can log in using the customer codes they receive from branches and track their account information in real time.

Key features:

View real-time balance

Track playground entry and exit activity

View usage history

Access top-up and gift credit information

Check membership status

Send suggestions and complaints

The app works with customer codes generated at physical branches. Accounts cannot be opened through the app; customer codes are generated by the branches.
