Samsung android SF21 FE.. Had new "GAF master flow 1450 wifi attic fan" installed At the same time, with new powerbox for old master flow attic fan... app does not work with both apps.... I paid electricians for nothing

Will NOT work. Will not buy gaf products again. Have 3 worked with blue tooth on old ap. Never got wi fi to work, now no BT.

Does not show when fan is actually running. The thermostat is 4 degrees hotter than attic temp, the humidity sensor shows 40% less humidity than actual humidity. I wish I could adjust the sensors on the box.

A little buggy to first get set up, had to try to connect multiple times, and start over with forgetting the network several times before it finally allowed me to enter the WiFi settings. Once set up, it seems to work fine, but PLEASE ADD A STATUS INDICATOR ON THE APP, so you can actually see if the fan is on or not!

Can't connect...Reached out to tech service and was lucky enough to get someone fluent in customer service as well. The agent was able to quickly identify the issue and exceeded my expectations by helping solve my problem without hesitation. I hope that this is a trend that will catch on with others. Thank you!!!

There is an older version of this app that works with fan. That app allows you to choose either Bluetooth or WiFi. I can only connect to fan in Bluetooth mode. This new app does not allow blue tooth connection, nor does it recognize fan at all, even when I have connected to it with phone's wifi app. Weird right?

To get the fan connected originally you have to use a 2.4g wifi network, it doesn't work on 5g. Once connected to the fan wifi network on your phone, go to your web browser to open the settings. There you can add your home wifi network to the device. I think the app works great overall. My only disappointment is not having any kind of fan status indicator. I want to know if the fan is running or not!
