User Reviews

Users generally praise the app as easy to use and handy on mobile, with positive sentiment and usefulness. However, repeated complaints focus on reliability (crashes/loading issues), poor navigation and search for content, and UI problems (button placement, overlapping controls) that hinder usage. A few features (printing harvest records, viewing full license) don't work as expected, and some device-specific issues appear on certain phones. Overall, the app has potential but needs stability and UI fixes.

Pros

Easy to use and simple to navigate
Great app; generally positive and useful on mobile
Handy to have on the phone for information
Better than most

Cons

App won't load or crashes on startup
Difficult to navigate or locate features
UI/layout issues causing mis-clicks / button overlap
Some features not functioning or missing (e.g., view full license, printing harvest record)

Requested a call-back after trying to call support. When I received the call-back, the lady on the other end was having a personal conversation on speaker phone. After a couple of minutes of me trying to interject by saying "Hello?", the only response I received was the lady mufflng/putting down her headset. At that point I simply hung up, as I don't think I've ever experienced worse customer support. 0/5 if I could.
