User Reviews

The app is praised for its clean, user-friendly design and informative, law-based license info, plus free, quick license updates. However, users repeatedly report serious purchase/renewal problems (including no short-term licenses and extra cart items), instability and login/payment errors, blocked non-resident license applications, and connectivity/UI glitches after updates. Overall, strong design and information are offset by functional issues that hinder licensing and payments.

Pros

User-friendly, clean UI that makes license information easy to access.
Informative content with real license law information.
Nice design and an all-inclusive feel.
Free, quick license updates.

Cons

Licensing/purchase flow is broken: removal of short-term licenses, difficulty obtaining licenses, and unneeded items being added during purchase.
App instability: login/submission errors and licenses not being found / app not functioning after updates.
Payment processing errors and inability to pay.
Non-resident license applications are blocked.
Connectivity requirement to view licenses and post-update UI glitches (e.g., date display).
