Blinkout is a clean, offline take on the classic "lights out" toggle puzzle. Every tap flips a cell AND its four neighbours — up, down, left and right. The board starts lit. Your job is simple to state and wonderfully hard to master: switch every single light off.

No timers breathing down your neck. No accounts. No ads. No internet. Just you, a grid of glowing bulbs, and the quiet satisfaction of a board going dark.

The Learn tab explains the neat parity trick behind lights-out puzzles — why pressing the same cell twice cancels out, why order never matters, and how that turns a chaotic grid into something you can actually reason about. A short built-in quiz lets you test what you've picked up. Skip it entirely if you just want to play; it's there when curiosity strikes.
