StepCounter Pedometer

StepCounter Pedometer is a versatile and accurate step counting Chrome extension utilizing your device's acceleration sensor. It tracks your daily steps continuously, even when the app runs in the background or during sleep if supported by the sensor. The extension records detailed walking sessions including start and end times, allowing analysis of smaller walking segments.

Integration with Tasker enables automated control and notifications for walking start and end events, offering seamless cooperation with other apps like car navigation. From version 1.80, it acts as a Tasker event plugin, generating events with step count variables, while version 1.90 introduces a trip counter and Google Fit integration to log walking data. Additional features include customizable stride length for distance calculation, calorie estimation based on weight and stride, editable walking history, and a widget for quick access. Certified by Androidar, StepCounter Pedometer is an efficient tool for fitness enthusiasts looking to monitor and manage their walking activity comprehensively.
