Some of the exercises are confusing at first.. not an issue, links are provided for any lesson with detailed instructions. I was told about this app at my last appointment for contact lenses when I told the doctor that my vision was beginning to double. She suggests doing these three times a day....and within the first two weeks I was amazed at the results. This app helped save my vision from becoming permanently damaged.
