FundDo provides funds to the business owners and their bottom line which includes suppliers, stockiest, dealers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers via the Business Credit facility. The business Credit Line facility maintains working capital in line and healthy for all stakeholders in the business.

FundDo provides funds to MSME businesses from ₹10,000 to ₹5,00,000 & interest is charged only on the amount you withdraw from your FundDo credit line.

Get a business credit line and term loan with zero collateral. Business credit line Interest rates start from as low as 0.1% per day with a tenure of 07 Minimum Days - 30 Maximum Days. Term Credit Funding rate starts as low as 0.07% per day with a tenure of 90 Minimum Days - 360 Maximum Days.

Fees
For ₹50,000 borrowed for 1 year, with an interest rate of @0.07% per day annually, a user would pay:
Processing fee (@ 2%) = ₹1,000 + GST (₹180) = ₹1,180
Business Credit Line setup fee of ₹999 + GST (₹180) = ₹1179/- to be paid before starting the credit line
Interest = ₹6738/-,
EMI = ₹4729/-
Total amount to be repaid after a year = ₹56,738/-

How is FundDo different from any other traditional loan providers in India?

Mom and Pop Merchants / Shop owners face huge challenges in raising funds from banks and other funding institutions. The fund approval process is tedious, and approval can take weeks, if not months. The best feature of FundDo Fund is that you pay the interest only for the amount that you borrow.

Example: Ankit applies for a FundDo Business Term Fund (credit line) in January, gets an approved credit line of ₹1,00,000 but doesn’t borrow any money for the next 3 months.

In April, he withdrew ₹50,000 from his credit limit to pay for a stock purchase. Now, the interest will only be charged on ₹50,000. Ankit still has access to ₹50,000 whenever he has another purchase without paying interest until he withdraws any amount. Ankit can choose his repayment tenure which starts with a minimum of 07 days.
