I'm having a frustrating experience with the mandatory KYC prompt that appears every time I log in. Unfortunately, I'm unable to complete the KYC process because my state (FCT) is not listed in the residential section. To make matters worse, the KYC process seems to be buggy, and I'm also unable to access my account. Please help me resolve this issue so that I can access my funds.
