This was my favorite game. i could play for hours. since I lost all my gems, and all my tiles. and all my friends that I have played with for years, all the fun has been replaced with disappointment.I reached out about 30 times with no help in return. I deleted the old game and started a new one. However after losing everything I had acquired, the fun and joy of playing this game is gone. my gems, friends and tiles I had worked on for a long time, just gone. Thanks for not trying to help.
