To my surprise, I had a relatively good win so made a withdrawal request at around 5pm. It took them 14 hours to, rather than process my withdrawal, tell me I need to verify my account.

2024-02-17	Br*****	Taking them to court. Won some money and paid out, won some more and they give you this Know Your Customer and don't pay out. Go through the ID process and it's then rejected despite having paid out before. Do what is asked and it doesn't respond. Quite happy to take your money without these checks. This site owes me £700. I'm livid and want my money back. SEE YOU IN COURT and guess what, I know the law and am not intimidated about it.
