Can't get the app to connect to the charger. I tried with Android and apple. The app sees the charger but everytime I tried to connect it gives me an error: failed to connect.

I'm not sure why it is required to create an account if all it does is connect to the charger with Bluetooth and tell you what the charger knows. That's handy, as is the ability to configure the charger. The UI could use some work though, or at least documentation. I wasn't sure what some of the settings referred to, and the menu button (where history is, among other things) is very hard to see. I'm still not sure if I can change the charging amps from the app or not.
