This app has so many technical problems it is intolerable. I have tried to contact the programmers multiple times but they just ignore me. The AI has also escalated the problems to them repeatedly as well but they ignore every attempt for us to communicate with them. I pay for the program but they don't care about the user experience because if you have an issue they will ignore you no matter how much you contact them. I have been reaching out for months but have never gotten a response.
