2026-01-06	Da*****	I needed help with my account so contacted customer service and also sent an email, the customer service is just a bot which doesn't give any help or put you through to speak to a real person, I've tried multiple times to contact them with no response. I can see why people are quitting the game and why the player base is currently so low. how do they expect to keep players when there's no one you can speak to with issues
