IRAKU is a visual education app that lets you learn about the mechanisms of heredity, DNA, and evolution by "seeing" them.

This is the 17th installment in a series that follows Math, Physics, Electronics, Waves, Heat, Stars, Light, Quantity, Flow, Confirmation, Geometry, Chemistry, Microbes, Brain, Machinery, and Earth. This time, the theme is "Heredity, DNA, and Evolution." You can learn nine areas from high school biology to introductory university level all at once with beautiful simulations and interactions.

【9 Functions】

■ DNA Double Helix Viewer
Visualize a rotating double helix in pseudo-3D. Adjust the base pair and rotation speed, and you can input sequences, generate randomly, or change individual bases using the mutation button. Tapping a base displays details.

■ Central Dogma
A five-step animation replays the central doctrine of molecular biology: DNA unwinds → mRNA is transcribed → translated by ribosomes → polypeptides are stretched.

■ Mendelian Mating (Punnett Square)
Displays the genotype and phenotype ratio of offspring based on the parents' genotypes (AA/Aa/aa) using Punnett Square. Experience the law of independent assortment (9:3:3:1) in bilocus mode.

■ Codon Translator
Entering a DNA sequence displays the mRNA and amino acid sequence. Three reading frames are switchable, and a 64-codon correspondence table is included.

■ Mutation & Evolution
Apply mutation rate and selection pressure to a population and advance through generations, visualizing changes in genotype frequency with an individual grid and line graph.

■ Hardy-Weinberg Equilibrium
A zero model of p² + 2pq + q² = 1. Observe how the equilibrium is disrupted when fitness is changed.

■ Phylogenetic Tree Builder: Calculates the Hamming distance of multiple sequences and automatically constructs and plots a phylogenetic tree using the UPGMA method.

■ CRISPR Lab: Design guide RNA, cleave with Cas9, detect PAM, and check the editing results in NHEJ/HDR repair modes.

■ Karyotype Viewer: Displays the 23 pairs (46) of human chromosomes in an aligned manner. Switch between trisomy 21/18/13, Turner, and Klinefelter with a single tap.
