Users appreciate the app's accuracy and its role in making delivery confirmations timely and straightforward. However, frequent crashes and failures in marking deliveries are significant issues, leading to repetitive work. Despite these, the app is valued for delivering its core function effectively when stable.

When running correctly, it performs its intended delivery functions effectively.

Cons

App crashes frequently during delivery confirmations, causing loss of progress.
Delivery confirmations sometimes fail to register, requiring repetitive actions or end-of-day rechecks.
Lack of ability to directly call customers or link GPS from delivery screen.
Difficulties with menu access and confusing login/account management process.

Recent reviews

It doesnt show the deliveries so I'm unable to confirm them as I deliver. Useless.

There are a lot of forced stops. It would be nice if we could leave a note somewhere, like which neighbor I left it with. Quick short notes pertaining to the specific delivery.
