2024-06-04	Ka*****	No option to sort or order saved restaurants, when I search by city name I do not get my favourites at the top. When trying to leave a review, I tried to select a part of the text I typed in the textbox (I wanted to delete a bit), it sent me back to the start of the review process and didn't save my typed review (it was long). The saving grace for this service is that a lot of the better restaurants in my area are connected and that the map function is beautifully done.

They now force us to use their booking system and we’ve received suspicious bookings from France. Their customer service is dismissive, blaming "human error" without compensation. Despite years of payments, they offer no discounts for their failures. Avoid Zenchef if you value your business.
