2024-12-29	Pr*****	Worst app. It says to deregister mobile number / contact customer care. Customer care says to contact IPPB. They say to deactivate UPI in IPPB app. No option in IPPB to deregister UPI. Only block option is there. Now customer care says deregister of UPI don't belongs to IPPB it's only on customer. No response. No one knows solution. No rate to give. But it's not accept. So I give 1.

Unable to link mobile....as soon as the sim selection is done error messages come saying that unable to read message... Not at all waiting for even a singke second to get the sms processed.... Very poor support.... I think there is no support team for the app and truely this is a waste app.... Don't go for this app and don't waste time.... Pathetic performance....
