2023-06-27	JC*****	Scans everything when making the slightly changes to the phone. For example new pictures or a new document. It scans the whole phone and that soaks up RAM and Battery. Very annoying. Paying $6 a month for something that doesn't work very well.

2023-05-19	Ma*****	DVR issues are awful! It stops recording before shows are actually over, even if I extend it for an hour. The only positive thing I can say is that it's cheaper than satellite.
