App seldom works. Always have to call customer service. Now the online sign in doesn't work either. About ready to change banks and take my money elsewhere! Not worry my time. I have been a customer for 50 years!

Unstable. Unable to log in a lot. This is not good since I keep my debit card turned off unless I need to use it. When this app works it's good but the amount of times I have issues does not make up for it.
