Medical-Medisetu is the official partner application for verified medical stores enrolled on the Medisetu healthcare network. The app gives licensed pharmacists a simple, secure way to validate patient appointment codes, apply the store's pre-configured discount on the patient's bill, and manage their store profile.

This app is designed exclusively for owners and authorised staff of registered medical stores. Every registration is reviewed by the Medisetu admin team after verification of the drug license number and supporting documents. The app does NOT sell, list, or dispense any medicines and does NOT replace the role of a registered pharmacist or prescription requirements.

• Push notifications — instant alerts for new bookings and important account updates.
• Drug license document upload — JPG, PNG or PDF, used solely for compliance verification.
• Privacy-first — your registered mobile number is masked on shared screens.

WHO CAN USE THIS APP

This app is intended for individuals and businesses that already operate a licensed medical store / pharmacy in India and hold a valid drug license issued by the State Drugs Control authority. New users must complete the in-app registration form and upload supporting documents; full access is granted only after admin verification.

HOW IT WORKS

1. A patient books an appointment through the Medisetu patient app and receives a unique appointment code / QR.
2. The patient visits your store and presents the code or QR.
3. You scan the QR (or type the 6-character code) inside Medical-Medisetu.
4. The app shows the verified patient details and the discount percentage configured for your store.
5. You enter the bill amount; the app calculates the final payable amount.
6. Tap Confirm — the booking is marked as redeemed against the patient's benefit. Payment is collected by you directly at the counter.

PRIVACY & DATA

• Your data is used only to operate the Medisetu network and is never sold to third parties.
• The drug license number and document are used strictly for one-time admin verification and statutory compliance audits.
• Payment processing happens directly between you and your patient at the counter; the app does not handle any money.
