This app is basically prehistoric. There are no notifications (neither push notifs from the app nor email notifis) whenever anything is wrong with your prescription. They simply cancel the refill and you find out by either checking the app throughout the day or by showing up at the pharmacy and not being able to get your meds. I could probably excuse all of this if the female pharmacist in Nitro wasn't so rude and condescending. I will be switching pharmacies soon.

Doesn't always show refills. Still shows pending when meds have been refilled. Has options to alert you and never does notify. Needs work. And the latest pharmacy workers are not as nice as the previous ones. I miss the other ones.
