Frost Climb

Frost Climb is a crisp, fast one-thumb arcade climber set deep inside a sunlit glacier cavern.

A frosty crystal climber clings to an ice ledge at the foot of a glacier while a frigid tide of ice-water creeps up from below. Stacked ledges of pale glacier ice zig-zag upward into the light. Press and HOLD the LEFT half of the screen to charge a leap up-and-left, or HOLD the RIGHT half to charge up-and-right -- a power gauge fills while you hold, so dose the charge to reach the next ledge. Aim with the trail of frost dots, then release to leap. Land dead-centre for a PERFECT and bonus points; leap short or long and you plunge past the ice into the tide below.

The catch: the tide never stops rising. Linger too long and it sweeps over your feet and freezes you, so every ascent is a race upward. Deeper glaciers send the frost line up faster and stack trickier ice -- ledges that slide side-to-side and brittle cracked ledges that shatter a heartbeat after you land, forcing you to leap on before the ice gives way. Bright frost sparks float above some ledges; scoop them up on your way to the summit for extra score. Climb the ledges each glacier demands to reach the summit, then chase a colder best score on every one.
