2024-07-26	Pa*****	Totally useless! Not sure if the reason is that the security guard isn't providing vendor entry, or if the app itself doesn't work. Either way, it's a complete failure. This also questions the actual "security" being provided (or not), in that there is NO record of who exactly is coming into the gated association for what purpose! And we have to pay Extra for this!!!

2024-07-20	D *****	It used to work great, being able to see guest history, differentiate between a service or actual guest. Now I can only choose "guest" and if temporary, it does not always let me issue the pass for just that day.

I used to be able to see guest pass history (well the history for calendar month at least). Notifications are no longer working either. Edit on 5-27-24... Now I can't login to the app. What the f***?

2023-12-07	Ro*****	After using the app for a while it is ok. The app needs some work! Tried to save without entering end date. It didn't tell me what the problem was but highlighted epass section implying I had to enter that. The app requires you to enter end date. To select date from calendar you must select done button that often does not show until you scroll down. The app should assume one day unless I enter an end date.
