2024-05-03	Ab*****	Half the time app doesn't open. Just now tried, but unable to open the app to do the payment, because of which, no power in my room. In addition, the electricity bill this generates is way more than standard consumption. Not sure math behind the amount calculation on electricity consumption

2023-10-16	Sa*****	Before you reply to this message asking me to call your customer care and show that there's no wrong at your side, please keep in mind that I've the call recording of the great support I received from the customer service number. I'll send it if required. Scam app.. Loots your money for no reason. They'll charge fixed charges for everyday, for me it's ₹43, over general charge which is ₹12 per unit. And there will be cutting when we recharge... Around ₹10 every time. Who the hell invented it?

2023-07-11	Sm*****	Cant open the app anymore after I updated my phone.. its constantly stuck on the splash screen and I have tried reinstalling it multiple times...Please look into this because it gets difficult to recharge and I am having to use the website or the apk which is quite inconvenient.

2023-06-27	Sh*****	Worst app I have ever came across.I don't know why the fixed charges are being applied even when we are not using any and the fixed charges are fluctuating everyday why is that for When it says fixed charges the price should be fixed not fluctuating And the unit price too much for the usage we do Not a reliable one at all Very disappointed. I live in hostel with one light and one fan Needs to recharge 100/- for 3 days it's takes 1000/- of electricity for a month like seriously 😒

2023-05-24	Ra*****	The application simply does not work. The payment portal does not work, the meter display dors not work and is not updating. The grid value does not work. Login server seems to be pretty skewed with the login server timeout.

2023-04-05	Bh*****	The fraud and business app made by the management, which only useful for making more money .it also uses your mobile otp , maybe using all our data in backend that could be reason it asking otp everytime sign in. Thanks and i reported in playstore. Share your email id. It has been reported flag. The amount deduction and power consume are not accurate. More likely money feeder app i believe
