The five. Your habits, in your words — what counts, where it fits, and the smallest version that still counts on a hard day.

The recovery. Missing a day isn't failure, it's information. The most important screen in the app is the one after a missed day — and it's built to get you back, not to make you feel bad.

One witness. Name one person — a friend, partner, or coach — who gets a single short email each week with how you did. No daily detail, no surveillance. Just someone who knows. (Optional.)

Your day, your data. Works offline. Your data is yours — view it, and delete your account any time, right in the app.
