2025-01-26	Ne*****	Love Fringe World festival but the app also doesn't let me type in the CVV to make the payment. Keypad just pops back down straight away when I tap into the CVV box. Have to use my laptop or internet mobile to make a payment instead. I'm on a Samsung phone with that issue

2025-01-21	He*****	Glitch on Samsung Galaxy means payment can't be made as ccv can't be added and tickets can't be purchased. FringeWorld refused to let me post this on the artist's FB page and have not responded to my email about the issue.

2024-02-24	Je*****	It's great for buying last minute tickets to shows, very easy to sort the different pricing structures as well. What's not so great is that it will show seats/tickets as available and lets me add them to my cart, but when I go to pay it says there's an error - because those seats are sold out, but the app didn't know. Also really odd that they haven't fixed yet - if I write my React Review in the app, it capitalises Every Single Word! So I just log in on my computer instead.

2024-02-10	Be*****	The app can improve significantly. I'm writing this review out of frustration. You should be able add events to favourite without having to open the event and then to be able to see which even is already in your favourite as you browse without having to jump in a separate section. Also uner "My favourite" section , you should be able to sort events by date they will be on next. One too many step to open the event, it should be just a single tap. There's so many more things that can be improved.

2024-02-08	Je*****	Had the same problem as last year: Clicking complete payment was like I'd clicked refresh, just showed me the exact same screen and with $200 in my cart I was too scared to click it again in case I got charged twice.

2024-01-27	Sa*****	I found it sad that the event organisers would not let customers access already purchased tickets unless they downloaded this lame app. Nobody wants an app on their phone just to go to an event.

2024-01-06	Yh*****	Good elements but lots of basic fails too. When friends send me links to shows from the app, I get sent to the app store - even after I installed (and logged into) the app. I just want to see the show info, in browser or app whatever is on my device.
