Extremely disappointing shopping experience with Frido. I ordered an item once, and the order was cancelled because the product was supposedly unavailable. Later, when the item appeared to be available in the store again, I placed another order, only for it to be cancelled for exactly the same reason. How can customers trust product availability if the same issue keeps happening even after placing a second order? This is frustrating and a complete waste of time.

Extremely disappointed with Frido’s customer support. It has been 20 days since I raised an issue with my Frido Aeromesh Ergo Chair, which is still under warranty, and there is no resolution. Support executives have no information about the ticket and keep repeating that it has been escalated to the relevant team. No updates, no accountability. This is unacceptable. I have lost trust in Frido and will not purchase their products again.

Most third class service. They promise 5-7 days delivery, so I ordered one pillow to my hostel location. Now its showing more than 15 days to be delivered, and they are not cancelling my order, its prepaid,and I will move from there before the delivery date permanently. and while ordering they are not showing estimated delivery date, a fraud company. Please nobody ever order anything from this app.

very poor customer support. whole placing order they showed 20% off flat in pd20 sale. but when I am returning product they are charging 500rs extra which is not mentioned in their exchange policy. guys plz beware they are scamsters and just looting ppl if their money. don't place order . u won't be able to return it for full refund.

you are not one of the worst. you're the one who is the worst. bahut hi ghatiya ekdam bole to my ex was better than you guys. Thank you for sharing the number that no one is answering; you guys are setting a benchmark for customer harassment. No one company can compete with you guys.

very bad experience i have ordered pillow form frido and there logistics is very bad experience they are not delivered the product till now and frido team does not answer the calls and messages which i make please refund my money i don't want this product any more
