2024-01-26	Oa*****	This app is completely unreliable. I hate that the landlords couldn't install a physical intercom in the apartments so I can actually answer the god damn door. This app 90% will just not ring when someone is calling the door. I had someone go test it, go downstairs and call, while I had the app clearly open in my face on the phone. It did not ring one time. I have so many failed deliveries because of this, it's infuriating.
