Recent reviews

Why is the app crashing each time I open it? I have uninstalled and reinstalled; no change. Just keeps crashing. Can I give 6 stars? Shaun, in customer service, was great! This product is a gamechanger. I've been playing over 30 years. Where was this when I was 17?! Ugh!

The Fret Zealot is a great product! Their customer service is the best I've ever dealt with. After a new Google update the product stopped working so I contacted the team at Fret Zealot and they went above and beyond to help me and stayed with me every step of the way. They did everything they could to help from talking me through trouble shooting, to sending me a new battery, when that didn't work they sent an entire second product for free. The team was extremely helpful! Would recommend 100%!
