So I go to the faqs And I take the steps that it says to use in there and I still cannot view my points or use them. I end up in an endless loop on the app and on the website and I'm unable to get to my points or use them. The app is not navigable at all when it comes to trying to find your points. let's do better and let's make it to where people can get to their damn points
