I use a password manager so if the password doesn't work, it's YOUR FAULT Edit: Dropping to 1 star & would give 0 if I could - not that anyone cares. Clunky kludge, to the point of non-functionality. Keeps bouncing me around between app and browser, changes categories without input from me, it even bounced me into PlayStore which is why I'm here, editing this review - which the Devs ain't gonna read, if they CAN read - which I doubt.

I already have an account and signed up for rewards but the app takes me on a login/sign up loop. anytime I clipped coupons - it hasn't worked in the store. checked my phone number multiple times. no idea how you can get an app so wrong, Meijer's app works better than this and fresh thyme is owned by the same company

2026-05-18	mo*****	So far not a good experience with the app. I spent quite a bit of money recently in the store and I haven't been able to see my points on the app. I go to points and I don't see anything except coupon offers. Not good at all, so if you can tell me how to find my points I would be very happy.

2026-05-16	Ja*****	Probably the worst app on my phone, seriously! Everytime I want to use it, it says my session has ended and wants me to log back in but tells me my password is incorrect... why? NOBODY is trying to steal my Fresh Thyme information! Even if they do, oh no! They're gonna give me more visits! The last thing I want to do standing at the register is to go in and change my password! I'll be uninstalling this and never using it again!
