The FreeStyle LibreLink app lets you scan FreeStyle Libre sensors with your phone to view real-time glucose readings, trends, and alarms. Libre 2 support provides automatic readings updated every minute and alerts for low or high levels.

Key features include viewing current readings, trend arrows and history; adding notes on meals, insulin, and exercise; accessing reports like Time in Range and Daily Patterns; and securely sharing data with your doctor or family (with permission).
