For all customers who have chosen the benefits of Free Energia, the new official app is available, designed to simplify the management of electricity and gas supplies quickly, easily, and securely.
After a quick registration using your customer code and tax code or VAT number, you can access a personal area packed with features. The app allows you to consult active contracts, check their technical data, monitor consumption, view invoices in PDF format, and, if you are a residential customer, download detailed bills.
Through an intuitive interface, you can also activate notifications that will automatically alert you of new bills and payment deadlines, and remind you of any outstanding invoices. You will also receive reminders for self-reading gas meters, which you can easily record in the dedicated section.
The Free Energia app is designed to offer you a complete, integrated digital experience, ready to accommodate all technological developments designed to improve the management of your supply.
