Card Scanner

Card Scanner turns your phone's camera into a fast, private business card reader. Scan a card and the app reads the name, phone number, email and address for you, so you can save the contact to your phone in one tap. No account and no sign-up needed.

Why people choose Card Scanner

Free
Card Scanner is not a free trial or a stripped-down version of a paid app. There are no premium tiers, no monthly scan limits and no watermarks. Install it and it simply works, for free.

Fast
Scanning a card takes seconds. The scanner detects the card's edges, straightens crooked shots and cleans up the image, then reads the contact details automatically. Review or edit anything before you save.

Offline
Scanning and text recognition run directly on your device, so you can capture cards on a plane, at a conference with bad Wi-Fi, or anywhere without a signal.

Private
Your cards are never uploaded to our servers or shared with advertisers. They are saved only where you choose: on your device, or in a folder you pick, such as Downloads or Google Drive.
