User Reviews

Reviews are sharply mixed. A few users find the tracker useful for locating pets and receiving safe-zone alerts, but repeated complaints describe crashes, setup and login failures, unreliable or delayed location updates, and missed alerts. Users also mention weak battery performance, photo-upload problems, and the need for app updates and better support.

Pros

Some users say the tracker can help locate a pet and provide live location updates.
Some users report that safe-zone alerts work and notify them when a pet leaves Wi-Fi range.

Cons

Frequent reliability and access problems: crashes, failed setup or login, and trouble connecting or refreshing.
Location tracking and alerts can be delayed or inaccurate; Wi-Fi coverage also affects safe-zone detection.
Users repeatedly say the app needs updates and that support is lacking.
Battery life and battery-level readings are unreliable.
Some users have trouble uploading a pet photo.
