As everyone else, keeps on crashing. it started working again for a week and now is the same a constant loop of crash. I don't think that they care tbh

I hope whoever owns this app, your car is battery is dead when you get in it, You have a flat tire, The food you get at the next restaurant is cold, and you have uncurable heartburn. Thank you for making me redo all of my smart bulbs in my house. Oh yeah and I hope you come down with an STD. Forgot about that.

Added all my plugs but now no longer able to open the app

This worked for a while. I tried to load it and it kept crashing. It hasn't worked since and there's no way of getting support.

App is work at Samsung FE20 perfectly, but when I switch my phone to FE23 then after opening the app, it's become crashed.

Worked great for years. Now it crashes every time I open it. I've cleared cache, cleared data, reinstalled, submitted logs... Still crashes. Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra

For some reason, I get disconnected from time to time. Not a big deal. What is a big deal though is that every time this happens I lose all my home setup, everything is gone and I have to re-setup everything. At least somehow Google is able to still use them.

App improved again after recent Oct-21 update, now have the option to add own image to each switch, would be good if there was an inbuilt library of available icons, but otherwise good update. I have about 20 Switches around the house and some disconnect from the WiFi too easily, but that's not this apps fault

Worked perfectly for a couple of years. Not sure if due to an app update, but opened app today to change timings, it wanted all my details again (phone number, wi-fi etc), when I put them in, I have lost all my devices, all the schedules, and now won't connect to any of them. Edit:- after trying unsuccessfully trying to reconnect 3 devises to Brightfun, have noticed these have now been removed from my Alexa 😡
