good experience. sadly rarely available in pleidelsheim. also app has problems showing the correct battery status. app often shows way more than the scooter has! example: rented recently and app showed 36%, roller had 25%.

I'm writing this review about the service not the app: If you live in a small city like Freiburg, I highly recommend avoiding these scooters, simply you won't find a parking spot easily, and the scooters and be moved from a place to another without unlocking it, I had to pay many fines because of that. And the customer service literally ghosted me. Go buy a public transport subscription or a vehicle, you will save more money.

They charge 5 euros to join without even letting you try the service first line the majority of other vehicle sharing apps do. Bad strategy imo

Asks for my credit card when I don't even know if I use it yet, asks for a separate picture file of my driving license instead of just accessing the camera. Seriously, dev, can you go back to school?

Konkurrenz wäre gut, aber trotz Monopol faire Preise, seriös und solide, kann man wirklich machen, Service und technischer Zustand gut (bisher 1 Fahrt). Viefahrer Tarif, also Grundgebühr + Rabatt fehlt leider

Anmeldung hat problemlos funktioniert - am Abend Führerschein hochgeladen, am nächsten Morgen hat alles gepasst. Die Flitzer selber sind cool. Ziehen problemlos auf gut 45 km/h.

Quite easy to rent, easy to park. Pricewise might need improvement, but as it's the only app in Frankfurt i imagine with a competitor alongside it'd get cheaper. Great ride though

Sehr gut! Betriebsbereich könnte größer sein!
