The application allows you to:
- Provide field teams with a day-to-day monitoring tool and perspective on their mediation activity;
- Provide management teams with a reporting tool that allows them to reveal the value of mediation to the sponsors (clients) of their mediation missions;
- Introduce a sufficient degree of standardization of reporting to allow the production of statistics on mediation at the national level without overwhelming the specificities of the different user associations in the practice of their profession.
