What is the Jooy app?
Jooy application is an application for smart phones through which you can get the best offers at the lowest prices in all cities of the Kingdom.

What are the types of offers and who benefits from them?
Our offers in Jooy are varied and include all categories (men, women and children), including offers of restaurants, cafes, beauty, spa, car care, electronics and many others, and offers are changed and added on a monthly basis.
How can joy offers be used?
With the Jooy app, it's easy to take advantage of discounts on your favorite brands without having to carry paper coupons, plastic cards or IDs. Download the app and access our offers wherever you go.

How do I see the different merchants available in the app?
We have a list of partners on the Jooy app. Simply select the merchant tab and it will show you all the available offers. You can also browse by category, location, as well as a search feature.

How do I benefit from one of the offers of the Jooy application?
You must notify the responsible person when requesting the bill, and tell him that you want to take advantage of the Jooy application offer using your smartphone. You will be asked to enter the 4-digit PIN or scan the QR code inside the branch, and you will get a confirmation notification on the screen when the process is successful.

Can I see how much you saved?
Yes, when you take advantage of the offers you will see how much you just saved. If you go to “My Account” under the Apps menu you will see the total amount of savings you have made since you subscribed to the Jooy app.
