This is THE _SINGLE_ WORST APP I have ever had to use. YOU - yes, you the IT fella: !!!! BUY A UNIFI !!!! $$$$=Enterprise Fortress Gateway $~>$$$=UnifI Dream Machine (Pro, max, beast) Worse apps exist, but I don't HAVE to use them, but if you want proper fortinet VPN, this is only way to get it. Fortinet is absolute dog water in general, but this app in particular has a terrible UI, awful performance, numerous bugs, abismal to no logging or debug info, and more.
