Edit: have used this system for a month and its basically a Proof of Concept rolled out to the public. I honestly cannot think of a single pro over the previous system employed at our complex

App still rings even when phone is on do not disturb, very irritating especially when it's people calling the wrong unit. App complains about not having permission to storage but there is no option to grant permission to storage.
