Ancak, sürekli giriş problemleri, lisans sorunları, gecikmeli veri akışı, uygulama donmaları ve yoğun reklamlar kullanıcı deneyimini olumsuz etkiliyor. Ödenen ücretlere rağmen yaşanan teknik sorunlar ve yetersiz müşteri desteği en çok şikayet edilen konular arasında.
