This app is missing a lot of really nice features that tiger text had. I really miss tigertext. I wish our company would go back to that. I am being prompted to update. Of course there is no update now option button available. I still do not like this app at all. Multiple issues with this app not loading messages. Forcura did an update this week. It has been terrible for our company. We are having multiple issues receiving our messages. Still not satisfied with this app. Unhappy w/forcura.👎

The app has been malfunctioning since the most recent update in August, conversations are disappearing and messages are being missed. I reached out to support at that time, it has now been several weeks with no resolution. We rely on this method of secure communication to care for our patients, I am so frustrated.
