Recent reviews

This app has honestly been a bit of a pain to use for a while. At this point, the option to message the customer might as well not exist for Samsung users. Samsung announced discontinuing there first party messaging app a good month or two ago and it's been dead for a couple weeks already. No patch released to allow google messages to work as of yet. One would think the texting app that comes default on pretty much every android device would be supported on the android version of the app.

No support available from the support email address shown. They never respond. Unable to get Delivery IQ to work with Google Messages - trying to send a message from your app just opens Google Messages but does not pass the selected message or customer phone number.
