Food Hopper

Help your selective eater explore new foods with confidence. Food Hopper is designed for parents of children with selective eating who want to expand their child's diet using a gentle, sensory-based approach.

Finding foods your child will actually try can feel overwhelming. Food Hopper takes the guesswork out by helping you discover foods that match your child's unique sensory preferences—whether they prefer certain textures, specific colors, or particular temperatures. Our comprehensive database makes it easy to find foods your child might enjoy and track their progress along the way.

DISCOVER NEW FOODS THEY'LL LOVE
Browse over 1,500 foods and recipes filtered by texture, color, temperature, nutrient, and food group. Whether your child gravitates toward crunchy and beige foods or prefers soft and creamy textures, find exactly what works for them. Toggle between single-ingredient and multi-ingredient foods to match where your child is in their food journey.

BUILD YOUR CHILD'S FOOD LIST
Organize foods into meaningful categories that reflect your child's relationship with each food. Keep your child's favorites in rotation, bring back foods they used to love, track the foods they're learning to like, and curate your list of foods that you plan to try in the future.

TRACK EVERY EXPOSURE
Celebrate progress with our exposure tracking system. Log each time your child interacts with a food—whether they experienced it from a distance, got more involved, or actually took a bite. See exposure history, patterns, and how each experience went with our simple rating system and custom notes.

LEARN ABOUT EVERY FOOD
Each food card provides detailed sensory and nutritional information to help you understand what makes it appealing or challenging. Explore variations of foods your child already likes and get personalized recommendations for similar foods based on sensory profiles.

VISUALIZE PROGRESS
View all logged foods in an intuitive calendar format with color-coded involvement levels. Sort exposures by frequency, date, or food list category to understand patterns and celebrate growth over time.
