The new update is nice but they removed the reorder option so now you have to go through the whole process of ordering each time regardless of the order is the same

Never have I ever used an app / service provider as in competant as these people. I thought I'd try them 1 last time. All i can I say is Piki is a waste of time! Orders are consistantly late or do not arrive at all. An order from 4km away should not take 4 hours to deliver! Whether the blame should be put on Piki or the stores we buy from is irrelevant because Piki's Customer service either ignore you or simply do not have the answers when they do choose to respond. I wont be returning!
